VeriEng is a platform operated by Veri Engineer Ltd (“Veri Engineer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales.

Veri Engineer Ltd makes available the VeriEng verification platform, related content, and services through its website, applications, and associated domains (collectively, the “Platform”) subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, User Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services (together, the “Terms”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms.

VeriEng does not issue professional licences
VeriEng does not regulate professions
VeriEng does not replace statutory, regulatory, or licensing authorities

Verification outputs are provided for informational and assurance purposes only and reflect information available at the time of verification.

Personal and Permitted Use

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with Veri Engineer Ltd:

The Platform is provided for personal, professional, or internal organisational use
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or verification outputs
You may not represent VeriEng verification as regulatory approval or certification

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where use appears inconsistent with these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Some features of the Platform require account registration.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You may link to the VeriEng homepage provided that such link:

Does not imply endorsement or partnership
Does not misrepresent your relationship with Veri Engineer Ltd
Does not use VeriEng or Veri Engineer trademarks without permission

We reserve the right to request removal of any link at our discretion.

User Obligations

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to act lawfully, professionally, and in good faith.

You are responsible for any loss or damage arising from negligent or wilful misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Where paid services apply:

Use VeriEng or Veri Engineer trademarks without written permission
Incorporate VeriEng branding into company names or domains
Represent yourself as endorsed or certified by Veri Engineer Ltd

If you submit content to the Platform (“User Content”), you grant Veri Engineer Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use such content for Platform operation and improvement.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it is lawful and not misleading.

Security and Availability
